Discovering God

An impulse booklet I am writing is called "Discovering God". It is not a classical guide book a la "So you can find God. 4 steps to realize God, but rather a reference book for possible traces of God in the lives of readers.
I'm actually a little "brain dead" ... do you have ideas, thoughts, impulses which should come in in such a book?

Compliment

Today I received a review about my book SPRING. It appeared in the magazine "Family". It begins with the words:

Kerstin Hack is a champion of words

.
The rest of the text was also good and very positive, but the first sentence made me dance into the weekend!
Later I will follow the advice of a friend: "With compliments you should handle it like chewing gum: to be happy if they are fresh but not chewing too long." But now is the time to be happy.

Link Gift

After an intensive training day I was welcomed at home with the news that the online magazine Christian Today indicates on our new Impulse Issue "prayer for politics. Impulses to strengthen human responsibility ". Something like this is always a total gift, because the things I do are known and new people can be reached.

LesBar currently

In recent weeks we have updated the LesBar, the issues page on Down to Earth, where I list tips, articles etc.. You can also subscribe contributions (1-2 per week) via feedreader. And of course I welcome comments on design and content, ideas, impulses and links on your page there ... so that more people find the site and who can be inspired when they want.

All You Need Is Love

Steve Turner, whose thoughtful and thorough book IMAGINE. Christians in art, music and media, I've published in German has written to me that his book about the Beatles is available in German now - printed by another publisher. Although I have not yet read the book, but because I know how well Steve researches, writes and thinks, I can recommend to all fans of the Beatles .

Communication

Phew. Yesterday I informed my customers about the new impulse booklet "communication" and was surprised by the response. I never had so much reaction by an email from me. Many people have ordered it immediately, some of them as 10-pack. That seems to be an issue for many!
