A week ago I departed from New York's La Guardia Airport with U.S. Airlines ... now I read on the Internet about the ditching in the Hudson River of a U.S. airline flight, which also departed from there. All passengers left the plane through the front and survived. When I read the news, I cried because of the emotion and gratitude. I am grateful - that all live. And grateful that it my flight - despite the somewhat hectic history - was far calmer.
The wild geese in the Hudson River, I also admired and photographed - of course without really knowing that they could make a lot of trouble if they collide with human designed machines ...
